Construction Project Manager (ICD 705 / SCIF)

Full-Time | On-Site SPG Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to support the delivery of highly secure construction projects, including SCIF and SAPF facilities , in accordance with ICD 705 requirements. This is a hands-on, on-site role ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and guiding complex projects through construction and accreditation. You'll work closely with General Contractors, site security teams, A&E partners, clients, and SPG leadership to ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in full compliance with security standards. Key Responsibilities
* Provide ICD 705 QA/QC and field guidance to GCs and subcontractors * Coordinate with site security for inspections, audits, and compliance activities * Manage schedules and review 3-week look-ahead plans * Support field safety observations and audits * Review submittals and RFIs, including complex ICD 705-related RFIs * Participate in project meetings, reporting, and client briefings * Maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Required Qualifications
* U.S. Citizenship required * 3+ years of experience with ICD 705, SAPF, SCI, and secure facility construction * Experience reviewing architectural drawings and as-built documents * Strong communication skills and ability to work independently * Willingness to travel and work on-site in active construction environments * Ability to meet physical and safety requirements, including PPE use
Preferred Experience
* TEMPEST and RF shielding knowledge * PDS (CNSSI 7003) and Red/Black separation experience * Accreditation documentation (CSP, FFC, IDS, ACS, PDS, TEMPEST) * Familiarity with DoD, SCI, and SAP accreditation processes
