leading interventional pain and wellness practice
specializing in advanced pain management, regenerative medicine, and integrative health in association with our regenerative medical spa offering state-of-the-art wellness services, giving patients a comprehensive approach to healing and rejuvenation. We are seeking a
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
with strong clinical skills and an interest in
infusion therapy, patient care, and wellness-based medicine . This is an excellent opportunity to work in a
dynamic, high-profile medical office
alongside a
board-certified interventional pain specialist
and an experienced wellness team. Key Responsibilities Perform LVN-level clinical duties: patient intake, vitals, injections, wound care, and medication administration.
Administer and monitor IV infusions and injections (including vitamin, regenerative, and pain-related therapies).
Draw blood, process lab specimens, and assist with sample preparation.
Prepare treatment rooms, maintain sterile technique, and assist during interventional procedures.
Support physician and medical team in clinical documentation, patient education, and charting using electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with the affiliated regenerative medical spa on select wellness and regenerative therapy services.
Help coordinate patient follow-up, pre-procedure care, and supply management.
Qualifications Active California LVN license (required).
Medical office experience: 1 year (required).
EMR experience: 1 year (required).
Phlebotomy experience required
(or certification).
IV therapy and/or infusion training preferred.
Understanding of prior authorizations and clinical workflows.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Flexible and growth mindset with a commitment to quality care.
Bilingual in Spanish
required.
Preferred Experience Previous work in interventional pain management, wellness/IV therapy clinic, or functional medicine practice.
Familiarity with EPIC or similar EHR systems.
Interest in regenerative medicine and hormone wellness a plus.
