Senior Litigation Paralegal

We pride ourselves on delivering excellent legal representation while maintaining a compassionate approach to client care. *Position Summary:* The ideal candidate will have *at least five years of litigation experience*, preferably within a personal injury practice. You must be a proactive, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable managing a high-volume caseload, working independently, and collaborating with attorneys and team members throughout all stages of litigation. *All tasks will be performed under the direct supervision of an attorney*, in full compliance with applicable state bar rules and regulations governing paralegal work. *Key Responsibilities:* * Draft, review, and organize litigation documents including complaints, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, motions, and pre-trial materials * Coordinate and manage discovery, including document production, deposition scheduling, and expert communication * Maintain case files and trial binders, both physical and digital * Monitor court deadlines and manage litigation calendars * Electronically file documents in state and federal courts * Summarize medical records and bills; assist in preparing settlement demands * Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel * Assist attorneys with trial preparation and in-trial support *Qualifications:* * Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury law * Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures, discovery, and trial preparation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Experience with Clio or comparable case management software * Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently while taking direction from supervising attorneys * Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred *Benefits:* * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * 401(k) plan * Opportunities for professional development and continuing legal education *To Apply:* Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your litigation experience and interest in the role.
