Transactional Real Estate Associate - Atlanta

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our dynamic Real Estate practice group in the Atlanta office.

Salary Range

$295,000.00/yr – $310,000.00/yr

About the Role

The successful candidate will handle a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects, and provide legal advice and support on real estate financing, including debt and equity structuring. Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents, collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and providing strategic legal guidance, conducting due diligence, and managing closing processes for real estate transactions.

Qualifications

• 4 to 5 years of substantive experience in real estate transactional matters, with expertise in real estate debt or equity matters.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Georgia.
