Human Resources Business Partner
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative HR Business Partner to support our manufacturing site. This role serves as a key liaison between plant leadership and employees, driving workforce strategies that enhance safety, productivity, and engagement. The HRBP will lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance coaching and employee relations-ensuring alignment with operational goals in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

The HRBP will lead initiatives across the employee lifecycle-from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance coaching and employee relations-ensuring alignment with operational goals in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Operational HR Partnership: Work closely with plant leaders to align HR programs with production targets, quality standards, and workforce needs.
- Talent Planning & Development: Forecast labor requirements, support skill-building initiatives, and guide career development planning for hourly and salaried staff.
- Onboarding & Training: Deliver orientation and training programs that reinforce safety protocols, operational excellence, and company values.
- Performance Enablement: Support leaders in managing performance, providing feedback, and fostering retention through coaching and recognition.
- Recruitment Collaboration: Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract and hire skilled trades and manufacturing talent.
- Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and consistent resolution in line with policy and compliance standards.
- Compensation Advisory: Provide guidance on pay practices, shift premiums, and overtime policies to maintain competitiveness and equity.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of employment law, OSHA regulations, and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated success supporting both hourly and salaried teams in dynamic operations.
- Experience managing employee relations and driving workforce initiatives.
- Business-minded with a solid grasp of manufacturing operations and metrics.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and building trust in high-pressure environments.
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret workforce data and trends.
- Adaptable, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement.
