Primary responsibilities include:

• Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
• Empty trash receptacles as needed.
• Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing.
• Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.

Requirements:

• General maintenance experience.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
