About the Role As a Department Supervisor, you will support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store. You will work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures to meet the expectations of customers and colleagues.

A Day in the Life Customer Sales & Profit

Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines.

Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.

Identify commercial opportunities and work with your Department Manager to act on them.

Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that your team can actively promote and sell products to customers.

Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.

Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges.

Handle all admin routines for people and operations correctly.

Fashion & Trend Awareness

Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors and relevant influencers.

Ensure your team provides product and fashion knowledge and other relevant information during customer interactions.

Team & Development

Retain and share your knowledge and skills with the Store team.

Collaborate, plan, and work with the in‑store Visual Merchandiser team.

Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.

Communicate regularly with store colleagues to inform, motivate and inspire – daily and weekly meetings.

Ensure all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store are followed.

Retail Operations / Visual & Commercial Execution

Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back‑of‑house including stockroom areas.

Maintain high‑fashion quality, visual and commercial product presentation, and garment care.

Ensure good stock levels and provide input on allocation to the Area team.

Oversee the full garment cycle – from delivery to presentation – and fitting room routines according to internal standards and tools.

Follow best practice for OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools.

Maintain price signs and balance throughout the store following global and local strategies.

Update and upkeep back‑of‑house areas for all colleagues.

Open and close the store daily.

Additional Information Compensation:

Expected base salary range is $21.65 - $24.37 hourly.
