Senior IT Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-functional, and strategic technology initiatives. Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex enterprise IT initiatives (e.g., ERP implementations, infrastructure upgrades, integrations, digital transformation) and define/align project scope, objectives, success criteria, and KPIs with executive sponsors and stakeholders. Develop and maintain program artifacts (integrated project plans, RAID logs, stakeholder matrices, executive dashboards) and oversee multiple concurrent projects. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies to ensure strategic alignment and business continuity. Chair steering committees and governance forums to drive decision-making and accountability. Partner with senior executives, business units, and technical leaders to ensure initiatives support strategic priorities and deliver executive-ready communications and recommendations for leadership and Board-level visibility. Build cross-department relationships to promote collaboration, transparency, timely issue resolution, and change management to support adoption and minimize disruption. Oversee vendor partnerships and third-party engagements, including contract negotiation, SOWs, performance management, and RFP processes. Develop and manage multi-million-dollar budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; monitor actuals vs. forecast and track KPI/benefits realization. Mentor and coach Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters; contribute to PMO standards and drive process improvement across predictive, agile, and hybrid delivery models. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressively responsible project management experience leading enterprise IT and business transformation projects. Proven success managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., SOX, data privacy, information security). ERP implementation or cloud migration experience strongly preferred. Experience in publicly traded companies and familiarity with SOX compliance preferred. Ability to pass a drug screen following a conditional offer of employment; occasional travel may be required. Certifications
