We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology and regulatory initiatives within a financial services environment. This role will be responsible for managing ServiceNow implementations and enhancements while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in financial institutions, understands regulatory frameworks, and can effectively partner with technology, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders. This is an onsite role in Chicago, supporting highly visible, cross‑functional initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end project delivery for ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements (e.g., GRC, ITSM, IRM, workflows). Manage projects supporting regulatory compliance, risk management, audit, and governance initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risk logs, and status reporting. Partner closely with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Audit, Technology, and Business teams to ensure regulatory alignment. Ensure projects adhere to financial industry regulations and internal control standards (e.g., SOX, OCC, FFIEC, GDPR). Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate governance forums, and manage executive‑level communications. Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies; proactively elevate issues when needed. Oversee vendor and system integrator relationships related to ServiceNow implementations. Support change management, documentation, and operational readiness as solutions move into production. Required Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience within a financial institution or regulated environment. Proven experience leading ServiceNow implementations or major enhancements. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, or governance within financial services. Experience managing cross‑functional teams across technology and business stakeholders. Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (no sponsorship available). Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ServiceNow GRC / IRM, ITSM, or related modules. Background working with Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs teams. Familiarity with banking regulators and frameworks (OCC, Federal Reserve, FFIEC, SOX). PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. Experience managing regulatory remediation or audit response programs.
