About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing project costs, ensuring financial efficiency, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost estimates

Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive cost reports for management review

Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation

Monitor project expenses and track variances against budgets

Conduct regular cost audits and implement cost control measuresAssist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations

Provide expert advice on cost-related matters to project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants

Contribute to the continuous improvement of cost management processes and systems

Mentor junior team members and share best practices in cost management

What do we need from you

RICS accredited quantity surveying degree

MRICS accreditation or actively working towards it

Minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar cost management role

Strong financial management skills and knowledge of cost estimation techniques

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel

Experience with construction-specific software such as CATO, CostX, and Microsoft Project

Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project objectives

Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region as required

Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
