Responsibilities
Support the Superintendent in daily on-site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule and quality
Assist with site safety enforcement and compliance
Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
Help resolve field issues and maintain project documentation
Qualifications
2+ years of construction field experience preferred
Background in commercial or residential construction (adjust as needed)
Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
Strong communication and leadership skills
