Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rockville, MD, for the position of Bilingual Office Administrator with strong QuickBooks experience. The Office Administrator will manage billing processes, maintain organized financial records, and prepare and send invoices. The role requires assisting with day-to-day administrative duties such as answering phone calls professionally, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the executive team with clerical tasks. The Office Administrator will help ensure smooth office operations and timely communication with clients and team members. Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties (phone calls, emails, filing, scheduling) Manage accounts payable and receivable using QuickBooks Prepare invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts Maintain accurate financial and administrative records Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and staff in both languages Assist with payroll, expense reports, and basic financial reporting Support management with reports and special projects as needed Qualifications
Proven experience as an office administrator or administrative assistant Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
(required) Bilingual proficiency
in English and Spanish Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to handle confidential information with discretion High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred Preferred Qualifications
Previous bookkeeping or accounting support experience Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks Benefits
