Senior Project Engineer – Commercial & Multifamily Construction Location:

The Senior Project Engineer will play a key role in supporting project management and field operations to ensure the successful delivery of commercial and multifamily construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in construction engineering who is ready to take on greater responsibility in managing project documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination. Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Manager with overall project administration, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Work closely with Superintendents to support field coordination, scheduling, and quality control. Review and track project drawings, specifications, and design changes for constructability and compliance. Maintain project documentation including logs, meeting minutes, and reports. Support procurement of subcontractors, vendors, and materials; assist in bid analysis and buyout. Help ensure compliance with project safety requirements and company standards. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve technical and scheduling issues. Prepare progress reports and assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and budget management. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Project Engineer in commercial and/or multifamily construction. Strong understanding of construction processes, drawings, and specifications. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other construction management software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
