Aesthetic Injector
( NP, or PA) who is passionate about aesthetics, growth, and artistry. Aurspa is located in Middleburg, Florida, next to Orange Park and Oakleaf Town Center. Willing to discuss relocation assistance or sign on bonus with the right candidate. We believe in growing with our practitioners — offering ongoing training in advanced aesthetic techniques, lasers, and PDO threads to support your career growth and skill expansion. Position Summary
As an Aesthetic Injector at Aurspa, you will provide advanced aesthetic treatments with precision, safety, and compassion. You’ll partner with clients to help them reach their aesthetic goals while contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented team environment. 1-2 years of clinical medical experience preferred.
Injector experience with comprehensive knowledge of neurotoxins, and dermal fillers. Laser treatments, and other procedures/services is a plus. Key Responsibilities
Perform aesthetic injections, including
neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
and
dermal fillers Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans Laser treatments for skin rejuvenation and skin tightening, acne and scar treatments, and more Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and address patient questions/concerns Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with clinical safety standards Collaborate with the Aurspa team to deliver an elevated, luxury client experience Participate in ongoing professional development, including
laser and PDO thread training Collaborate with AURSPA team members, including estheticians and reception staff, to provide a seamless and luxurious experience for all clients What We’re Looking For
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
administering dermal fillers and neuromodulators Strong understanding of
facial anatomy and aesthetic safety protocols Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset Self-motivated with a desire to grow skills and client base Experience with lasers and PDO threads is
a plus
