Our Oil & Gas Technology platform company is seeking a Data Scientist to support data-driven decision-making across the business. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, develop models, and deliver insights that inform strategy and operations. Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Develop, test, and deploy statistical models and machine learning solutions Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders Partner with product, operations, finance, and leadership teams to translate business questions into analytical solutions Clean, validate, and maintain data pipelines to ensure accuracy and reliability Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings clearly Support continuous improvement of data tools, processes, and best practices Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field 4+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or a related role Strong proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and modeling Experience with SQL and relational databases Familiarity with machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time-series) Preferred Experience
