Job Summary The HRIS Implementation Specialist configures and validates new client accounts within company’s HR and benefits platform (UKG Ready). This role manages multiple implementations, delivers client training, develops tailored configuration solutions, and partners with internal teams to continuously improve implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities
Configure HR and benefits modules in UKG Ready (e.g., ATS, Performance, Online Benefits Enrollment).
Manage multiple client implementations, outlining timelines, requirements, and milestones.
Validate system setup through successful product launch.
Train clients on system functionality and ongoing account maintenance.
Translate client policies and workflows into effective system configurations.
Support non-technical clients through technical challenges with a positive, solutions‑focused approach.
Document, refine, and enhance configuration and implementation processes.
Build strong, collaborative relationships across teams and with clients.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on experience with UKG Ready HR modules is
required.
Excellent communication and client‑facing skills; collaborative mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and adapt quickly to new software.
High attention to detail, strong organization, and consistent follow‑through.
Proven high performance and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑growing environment.
Minimum 40 hours per week.
Frequent computer, phone, and video conferencing use.
Professional virtual meeting presence required.
