What You’ll Do NetDocuments is seeking a Sr Manager, Product Design to lead the design and research efforts shaping the next generation of our products. In this role, you’ll guide and grow a talented UX team, define and operationalize design system strategy, and partner closely with product and engineering leaders to deliver cohesive, user‑centered experiences across the NetDocuments platform.
You will play a critical role in defining our future product vision, ensuring alignment across teams, and raising the bar for design quality, consistency, and impact at scale.
This position is Remote (U.S.) or Hybrid in Lehi, UT.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary UX team, including product designers and UX researchers, fostering high‑quality execution, growth, and collaboration
Drive UX strategy for NextGen products in close partnership with product directors, senior engineering leaders, and cross‑functional stakeholders
Shape product vision and roadmap priorities by incorporating user insights, design principles, and systems thinking
Define, evolve, and operationalize design system strategy, including governance, contribution standards, and cross‑team adoption
Oversee UX delivery across multiple product teams, ensuring design excellence, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals
Represent UX in planning, roadmap, and review forums, influencing decisions with data, research, and design expertise
Promote a culture of inclusive design, evidence‑based decision‑making, and continuous improvement
Champion scalable design processes, tools, and documentation that enable efficient, high‑quality delivery
What You’ll Need to be Successful
7+ years of UX experience, with 2–4+ years managing product designers and/or UX researchers
Experience leading UX in complex SaaS, enterprise, or multi‑team product environments
Strong foundation in user‑centered design principles, UX research practices, and design systems
Proven ability to influence strategy, align stakeholders, and communicate clearly at all levels of the organization
A portfolio demonstrating design leadership, systems thinking, and user‑focused outcomes
Ability to thrive in ambiguity, balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution, and manage multiple workstreams
Strong collaboration skills and credibility with product and engineering partners

Compensation Transparency The compensation range for this position is: $160,000 - $180,000
