We’re a growing Orange County civil litigation law firm seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney / Civil Litigation Attorney with 0–10+ years of experience to join our trial-focused defense practice. We want attorneys who actually practice law—take depositions, argue motions, appear in court, and prepare cases for trial—so this role delivers.

What You’ll Do
Manage an independent civil litigation caseload with partner guidance
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and case‑management conferences
Participate in trial preparation and case strategy
Work directly with clients on litigation strategy and case development
What We’re Looking For
0–10+ years of civil litigation experience
Experience in general liability defense, construction defect, personal injury, or premises liability is a plus (not required)
Strong skills in legal writing, motion practice, and oral advocacy
Comfortable managing deadlines and taking initiative
A collaborative mindset and desire to grow as a litigation attorney
Active California Bar license
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary + performance‑based bonuses
Salary range: $100,000 – $200,000 DOE
Hybrid / flexible work schedule
