The Role: Hands-On Litigation As an Associate Attorney, you will move beyond the background research and into the heart of the litigation process. You will manage a diverse and intellectually stimulating caseload involving

high-stakes personal injury, transportation, premises liability, and complex general liability

matters.

Key Responsibilities

Active Litigation:

Manage your own caseload with strategic partner support.

In-Court Presence:

Appear for hearings and argue motions; take and defend depositions.

Strategic Drafting:

Prepare pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery responses.

Trial Participation:

Opportunities to assist in and lead portions of trials alongside seasoned trial attorneys.

Client Engagement:

Work directly with clients to strategize and advance case objectives.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

2–10+ years of civil litigation experience. A background in

insurance defense

is preferred but not required.

Skills:

A strong writer and communicator with a proven ability to think strategically under pressure.

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrated experience in the courtroom, including motions and depositions.

Mindset:

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values a culture of mutual support.

Licensure:

Active member in good standing with the

State Bar of California .
