Tomahawk Manufacturing, Inc. is a globally recognized, family-owned OEM specializing in food forming equipment and automation solutions. We are seeking a Corporate Controller to serve as a key financial leader as we continue to grow across the U.S. and Europe.
This role reports directly to the Owner/President, with a dotted line to the Chief Operating Officer, and offers direct visibility and influence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting and financial management activities, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
Lead month‑end and year‑end close; prepare timely monthly financial statements
Manage manufacturing cost accounting, including standard costing, BOM/routing accuracy, WIP, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany eliminations and international reporting for our Netherlands operation
Support cash flow management, banking relationships, and financial risk management
Lead and mentor a small accounting team (AP/AR/GL), ensuring accuracy and strong internal controls
Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to align financial insight with shop‑floor activity
Qualifications
7‑10+ years of progressive accounting experience
Manufacturing cost accounting experience (OEM, machining, or assembly preferred)
Experience with consolidated financials and inventory‑driven environments
ERP experience required (Business Central preferred)
CPA/CMA a plus but not required
