We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. With the support of the Venues Manager, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily operations, lead a team of food and beverage staff, and ensure seamless service to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures.
Participate in colleague coaching and counseling.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in dining areas.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively while maintaining service standards.
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Collaborate with management to create and update menus, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct regular inspections to evaluate service quality and resolve any issues promptly.
Provide “on the floor” support including covering breaks and assisting with hands‑on service to meet business demands.
Previous Food and Beverage experience is required for this position and it also requires open availability as the selected candidate will provide support for our main.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-year food and beverage, banquet or hospitality supervisory experience preferred. Experience as lead bartender, leader sever, or banquet captain will be considered.
A true desire to exceed guest expectations in a fast‑paced customer service environment.
Prior experience in bars is preferred.
Refined written and verbal communication skills.
Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.
Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative skills.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including service techniques and standards.
Proficient in Micros/Symphony/POS knowledge, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and willingness to enforce them.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skillset.
