Competitive Compensation – target compensation $56,530 annually, based on an hourly rate of $22.19 plus overtime for a 46‑hour workweek.

Responsibilities
Serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert while learning the business from day one.
Master the knowledge and skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support in a hands‑on learning environment.
Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, always putting customers first.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in any of the following:
Sales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, service/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry.
Leadership: military, athletics/team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Reasonable commute of no more than 1 hour to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Authorized to work in the United States and no need for work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Availability to work an average of 46 hours per week (aside from religious observations).
At least 18 years old.
Read, write, and speak English.
