Responsibilities
Start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert.
Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
Receive guidance, mentoring, and support to be successful.
Build community relationships essential to building your own business.
Excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations.
Always put our customers first in a culture of friendly competition.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1 year experience in one of the following: Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, service/restaurant/bar, hospitality industry), or Leadership (military, athletics/team activities, community, social, or academic organizations).
Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver’s license; ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance (no more than 1 hour) to the location(s) within 30 days of anticipated start date.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
Available to work an average of 46 hours per week (average over 46).
Must be at least 18 years old.
