We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Follow company guidelines and service standards. Meet or exceed performance and customer satisfaction goals. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (college level preferred). Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
