Willingness to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including holidays, evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts
Capability to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and lift up to 30 pounds
Demonstrated interest and initiative towards continuous improvement and growth
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in retail or customer service environments
Familiarity with omni-channel retail approaches
Previous experience with team collaboration and leadership roles
