We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maternal Health Coordinator to lead efforts in improving maternal health outcomes within our community. Develop, implement, and oversee maternal health programs tailored to community needs, ensuring accessibility and cultural relevance. Coordinate with healthcare providers, clinics, and community organizations to facilitate prenatal and postnatal care services. Conduct outreach activities to educate expectant mothers on pregnancy health, nutrition, childbirth options, and postpartum support. Track program participation, gather data on health outcomes, and prepare reports to measure impact and inform continuous improvement efforts. Provide individualized support and guidance to pregnant individuals facing barriers to care, including social determinants of health. Organize workshops, seminars, and support groups that promote healthy pregnancies and empower women with knowledge. Advocate for maternal health policies and resources that address disparities and promote health equity across diverse populations. Skills

Strong understanding of maternal health issues, prenatal care practices, and postpartum support strategies. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse populations, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders. Ability to coordinate multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting related to health outcomes or program evaluation. Compassionate approach with a commitment to cultural sensitivity and patient-centered care. Knowledge of social determinants of health that influence maternal outcomes is highly desirable.
