Responsibilities
Own Meta and Google performance: Manage all campaigns across both platforms. Hit company targets for demos, trials, and subscriptions. Maintain a clear structure for testing, scaling winners, and cutting losers. Lead creative and UGC production: Brief and manage external vendors for graphic and motion assets when needed. Use our UGC Creation Agency and source additional UGC creators to produce high-performing UGC videos for paid media. Write and test compelling on-brand copy: Produce sharp, high-converting ad copy that reflects Adaptify’s voice. Continuously test new hooks, angles, value props, and messaging frameworks to improve CTR, CVR, and overall funnel efficiency. Own reporting and decision making: Track and report on core metrics, including demos, trials, subscriptions, CAC, ROAS, and channel performance. Turn data into clear actions and recommendations. Present what is working, what is not, and what you will do next. Drive acquisition and expand channels: Explore, test, and scale new paid media channels when they show promise. Act as the owner of paid media: Operate as the functional lead for paid acquisition. Recommend budgets, tools, vendors, and strategy adjustments. Make thoughtful decisions that align with Adaptify’s growth goals, and secure leadership approval where needed. Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, with at least 100k per month in managed ad spend and a track record of hitting CAC and ROAS targets Experience driving growth for B2B SaaS, subscriptions, or high-intent lead generation Strong analytical skills and confidence working in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, plus basic attribution and funnel analysis Proven ability to plan, launch, and manage multiple campaigns and channels at once without dropping details Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write compelling, on-brand ads and continuously test new hooks, angles, offers, and messaging frameworks Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when presenting results and recommendations to leadership Demonstrated creative judgment: able to brief, review, and optimize static, motion, and UGC assets, and contribute sharp hooks and copy Experience working with and managing external partners such as agencies, UGC creators, designers, or CRO vendors High level of critical thinking and problem solving, with a habit of running structured experiments and documenting what works Benefits
