Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating, Air Conditioning, Boiler, and Plumbing Technician based in the Grand Rapids Metropolitan Area. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, heating, boiler, and air conditioning systems. Daily tasks include performing inspections, diagnosing issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving techniques
Skilled in Plumbing and/or Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
Knowledge of EPA guidelines and Electricity
Experience with heating, air conditioning, and plumbing systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Relevant certifications or licensure in HVAC, Boilers, plumbing, or related fields
Good communication and customer service skills
