Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician, requiring on-site work at our Methuen, MA location with some flexibility for remote tasks when feasible. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. Daily tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems Knowledge of plumbing systems and basic electricity concepts Familiarity with EPA regulations and practices Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in HVAC preferred Valid driver’s license and ability to commute within the designated service area Previous experience in the HVAC or utilities industry is a plus
