Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular stock counts. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management promptly. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Team player with good communication skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
