Responsibilities Teacher Support and Development
Provide one-on-one coaching to teachers through regular observations, feedback sessions, and modeling of best practices.
Facilitate grade-level or content-area team meetings to analyze student data and plan instructional strategies.
Plan and deliver high-quality professional development aligned with Friendly Academy’s instructional priorities.
Assist teachers in lesson planning, assessment creation, and alignment with curriculum standards.
Offer real-time feedback during instruction to enhance teaching practices.
Curriculum and Assessment
Support the implementation of Friendly Academy’s instructional and curricular systems.
Collaborate with the Director of Academics to align curriculum and assessments with student learning goals.
Facilitate assessment cycles, including preparation, administration, and data analysis.
School Culture and Collaboration
Build strong relationships with teachers, students, and families to foster a supportive and inclusive environment.
Partner with the CEO to create a cohesive academic vision.
Work closely with the culture and operations teams to ensure consistency in school-wide practices.
Data-Driven Decision-Making
Use formative and summative assessment data to identify trends, inform coaching, and drive instructional improvements.
Monitor student progress and work with teachers to implement targeted interventions.

Qualifications
MO teacher certification is required; additional coaching or leadership certifications are preferred.
Bachelors Degree is required, Masters preferred
At least three years of teaching experience, with a demonstrated record of student growth and achievement.
Proven ability to coach and mentor teachers to improve instructional practices.
Strong knowledge of High-Quality Instructional Material, lesson internalization, and effective teaching strategies, and assessment.
Alignment with Friendly Academy’s mission and values.
