Job Title: Maintenance Technician Join a dedicated team in manufacturing high-end, stainless steel kitchen appliances including stoves, microwaves, and fridges. As a Maintenance Technician, you will handle both mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on all plant equipment. This includes working with fabrication equipment such as lasers and presses, as well as robots, automated conveyor lines, thermoforming, and foam forming machines. The role also involves minor welding and fabrication tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance on plant equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair various equipment including lasers, presses, robots, and automated conveyor lines.

Conduct electrical work up to 480 V and PLC troubleshooting with a focus on both Allen Bradley and some Siemens systems.

Engage in special projects as needed.

Provide basic tools for the job, with more expensive tools supplied by the company.

Essential Skills

5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician.

Proficiency in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.

Experience with PLC troubleshooting and repair.

Two‑year technical degree.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in a manufacturing environment is beneficial.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.

Willingness to participate in company‑provided training and courses.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $60 000‑$80 000 per year.
