Job Details
Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hour (pay increase after 90 days)
Shift:
Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities
Production Support:
Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process to meet daily production targets.
Material Handling:
Load and unload raw materials and finished products; move materials throughout the plant using manual or powered equipment.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols, including mandatory use of a respirator fit mask in designated areas.
Quality Control:
Perform visual inspections of products to ensure they meet company quality standards and specifications.
Maintenance:
Assist with basic cleaning and troubleshooting of production line equipment to minimize downtime.
Requirements
Safety Gear:
Must be able to pass a respirator fit test and wear a mask comfortably throughout the shift.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a non-climate-controlled plant environment.
Reliability:
Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality.
Experience:
Previous experience in a plant, warehouse, or industrial setting is preferred but not required.
Communication:
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.
