Base pay range $18.00/hr - $18.00/hr
Barista As a Barista, you’ll create a welcoming experience by preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages with speed and precision. You’ll engage with guests, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure every order meets brand and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering great service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
Bright start to our guests' mornings, serving up delicious coffee and espresso drinks with a smile.
Operate coffee and espresso machines, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and provide exceptional customer service.
Report to the Beverage Manager or Bistro Supervisor.
Develop career opportunities such as bartender, beverage manager, or food and beverage management positions.
Education & Experience
No educational minimum is required.
Previous experience in a similar or related position.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Eligible to work in the United States.
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
