Warehouse Material Handler
U.S. Venture, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler for its new warehouse that will open in February 2026 at U.S. AutoForce, 17710 E Euclid Avenue, Spokane Valley. Join our experienced team dedicated to the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants.
Position Summary Schedule: Monday‑Friday 5 am‑1:30 pm (alternatives: 7 am‑3:30 pm and 9 am‑5:30 pm). Rotating Saturdays may be required. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may include overtime.
Job Responsibilities
Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts using industrial vehicles.
Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
Lifting requirements: 50 lb regularly, 80 lb occasionally; perform team lifts or use mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
Pushing force up to 40 lb required when handling barrels or industry tires.
Work in stock racks up to 25 ft tall, operating equipment safely at height.
Remain on feet for extended periods; willing to work overtime.
Maintain safety culture, adhere to safety policies and operating procedures.
Assist other departments such as e‑commerce or inventory as business needs dictate.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Demands and Work Environment Must be able to lift up to 80 lb and exert a pushing force of up to 40 lb. Must operate equipment safely, wear protective gear such as steel/toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, and self‑retracting lifeline. Work may involve exposure to weather, moderate noise, and fumes from tires and lubricants.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
Physical ability to lift 50 lb consistently and up to 80 lb occasionally.
Ability to push up to 40 lb when handling barrels or industrial tires.
Comfortable working at heights of 25 ft while operating equipment.
Knowledge and adherence to company safety policies, state/federal regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
Forklift certification and ability to pass it.
Willingness to work overtime.
Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
Team‑oriented mindset.
Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
