Front Office Supervisor – Hotel del Coronado, A Curio Collection by Hilton Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world. After a $400M renovation, the resort is more stunning than ever. Responsibilities
Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents, monitor performance, and encourage improvement. Manage front desk operations, determine room and rate availability, and make decisions that benefit the hotel. Resolve escalated customer complaints by researching situations, offering alternative solutions, and authorizing revenue allowances when necessary. Prepare and conduct daily pre‑shift meetings, communicate with all staff, and provide necessary information to deliver guest service in accordance with Hilton standards. Monitor staff performance with evaluations, recommend training for inconsistencies, and handle discipline issues. Qualifications & Values
