We are looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join our REXEL team in Carrollton, TX!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Carrollton, United States. In this strategic role, you will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive organizational success and foster a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and goals
Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies
Lead organizational development initiatives, including talent management, succession planning, and performance management
Design and implement change management strategies to support business transformations
Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and employee skills
Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive organizational culture
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a Senior HR business partner role
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
Experience in the distribution industry preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in HR information systems and analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Expertise in change management and organizational development principles
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Experience in talent management, succession planning, and performance management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
Excellent project management and time management skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Understanding of industry-specific HR trends and best practices
