As an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), you will be the point of contact for our international customers and responsible for supporting customer servers. During your training, you will be introduced to your tasks step by step and can take advantage of training courses to further deepen your knowledge. During the 3-year training program, and as part of your training rotation, you will also learn about IT infrastructure and related acvities in our data center.
Your responsibilities:
Deploy customer servers and connect them to our network using state-of-the-art hardware
Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and network problems
Provide customer support on the phone and using our ticket system in German and English
Help to expand, monitor, and maintain our modern cloud platform
What impresses us:
A good secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
Good knowledge of mathematics, computer science, and English
Basic experience with hardware and network technology
Basic knowledge of Linux is an advantage
Interest in working with technology
Good written and spoken German and English skills
