As our Service Manager Germany, you’ll take on real responsibility and lead the operational performance of our service and logistics partners across Germany. You’ll be the main link between B2X, our partners, and our customers.

A key role shaping processes, supporting partners, solving challenges, and helping drive improvements across the different business verticals.

This position is ideal for someone who already has hands on experience in operations or partner management and is now ready to take the next step into a more leadership focused position. You’ll enjoy a lot of independence, home‑office flexibility, and the chance to build your management skills through hands‑on work and direct ownership.

Your Responsibilities

Support and manage service & logistics partners in Germany

Supporting role for service contracts and operational agreements

Monitor, maintain and improve KPIs and SLAs

Manage escalations and own solutions ensuring business engagement where needed

Ensure a Continuous Improvement mindset aimed at innovating and maintaining a market leading operation and performance

Conduct on‑site partner visits for audits, reviews, and coaching

Act as the main contact point for customers and service providers

Your Profile

A completed degree or vocational training in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Service Management, Logistics or a similar area

Experience in service operations, warehousing & Logistics partner management, or a related field — you’re now ready for the next step

A proactive, solution‑focused mindset

Strong communication and organizational skills

Motivation to grow into a leadership role and take ownership

Fluent German Level C + English (additional European languages welcome)

Willingness to travel within Germany and Europe on a regular basis
