We're searching for a Product Analyst who will support bridging our AI capabilities and client product strategy and implementations. You'll leverage your technical expertise in SQL and AI workflows to transform data into actionable insights that shape our product roadmap and drive meaningful enhancements, while working with our client solutions teams to configure their AI deployment. You'll be responsible for configuring client AI implementations and analyzing product performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly impact client implementations and product decisions by providing data-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that we are delivering client value. You will be working closely with product, engineering, AI, and clinical teams, you'll build and maintain client-specific AI configurations, dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and translate complex findings into clear narratives. You'll also evaluate AI-driven features and automation workflows to assess their impact on clients and identify optimization opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Understand clients’ clinical requirements and tune our AI solutions with our clinical SME’s Design and implement SQL queries and reports to analyze product performance data across clients and derive actionable enhancements Analyze AI annotation workflows and automation systems to measure accuracy, efficiency, and client success metrics. Present findings to product, technical, and clinical teams with clear recommendations for roadmapping. Develop frameworks for testing and experimentation around new AI enhancements, particularly those involving impacting client success. Key Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role, with demonstrated impact on product decisions. Strong SQL proficiency with experience writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets in environments like PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with AI workflows, including data annotation processes, model evaluation, or automation systems. Understanding of how AI models are integrated into products and how to measure their effectiveness. Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience with analytics tools such as Retool, Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar platforms for visualization and reporting. Our Culture
