We develop future technologies to relentlessly make supply chains better.We are a leader in supply chain software solutions, helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.As a Power Bi Developer, you will be instrumental in driving our Business Intelligence strategy by delivering actionable insights everywhere decisions are made.You will own the strategic development and execution of product marketing, industry engagement, and analyst relations.This role demands a visionary person, capable of aligning a complex data environment with rationalized business insights, while amplifying driving adoption across the business and continuous innovation.**What a day in life of a Business Health Power Bi Developer looks like:*** Design, develop, and maintain interactive Business Intelligence (BI) reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.* Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data quality.* Own the end-to-end data pipeline—from data ingestion and transformation to publication—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance.* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of key business metrics and operational performance.* Model data and metadata to support both ad-hoc and pre-built reporting needs.* Optimize Power BI datasets and reports for scalability and performance.* Advocate for best practices in data integrity, test design, validation, and documentation.* Generate forecasts and predictive insights using historical data and integrate AI-driven analytics, such as Microsoft CoPilot.* Automate existing Excel- and PowerPoint-based reports, transitioning them into dynamic BI solutions.* Work cross-functionally with business leaders, data engineers, and analysts to drive data-driven culture and decision-making.**This is a remote based role within Spain. Working pattern is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.****What you bring to the team:*** Analytical mindset with expertise in trend analysis, root cause analysis, and statistical modeling.* Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all reports.* Strong communication skills, able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.* A collaborative and proactive attitude, comfortable giving and receiving feedback to drive continuous improvement.* Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and competing priorities.* Process-oriented, capable of designing and optimizing reporting workflows.* Strong problem-solving skills, able to navigate large data sets and complex reporting challenges.* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, handling last-minute requests with agility and a positive mindset.* Fluent English (spoken and written, proficient level).* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.* 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query (M).* Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and transforming data.* Experience in data modeling, including star schema and dimensional modeling.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, VBA is a plus).* Strong UI/UX design sense, with experience using tools like Adobe XD or Figma to enhance report usability.* Experience working with Power Automate and Power Apps is a plus.* Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric is highly desirable.* Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics is a plus.* Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift) is beneficial.* Experience with Git/version control and CI/CD pipelines for BI deployments is a plus.* Must be certified Microsoft Power Bi Data Analyst Associate (PL-300)#LI-Remote**Why join us**At Infios, we're not just looking for employees; we're looking for partners in innovation, growth, and purpose.
