You own the policy library, governance framework, audit evidence model, and automated guardrails that make change predictable, secure, and compliant. This role transforms policy into code, embeds SoD/ITGC into CI/CD workflows, and ensures every production change has traceable risk, control, and benefit coverage.**What a day in life looks like*** Own and maintain the enterprise policy library (security, data, access, DR/BCP).* Operate ARB/CAB governance gates; define risk scoring and release criteria.* Embed **policy-as-code** checks into CI/CD and provisioning workflows.* Govern access models, privileged roles, and quarterly certifications.* Maintain audit-ready evidence patterns and remediation tracking.* Align data governance with KPI spine and privacy/security requirements.* Deliver role-based training, playbooks, and executive scorecards.**What you bring to the team*** Pragmatic governance leadership balancing risk and speed.* Audit-ready mindset with repeatable tests and immutable trails.* Technical fluency in CI/CD, API gateways, IAM, and policy-as-code.* Influence without friction across Product, Engineering, and Data.* Operational excellence with measurable outcomes and clear cadences.#LI-REMOTE#LI-KD**Why join us**At Infios, we're not just looking for employees; we're looking for partners in innovation, growth, and purpose.
