seeks a Donor Engagement Specialist dedicated to supporting our life‑saving mission. You will assess contact center associate performance, create quality processes, and contribute to improving customer interactions.
What to Expect Schedule: Mon‑Fri 8am‑5pm MST. Salary: $16.16–$23.24 per hour, based on experience and location.

Responsibilities
Participate in the design of call monitoring formats and quality standards.
Perform call monitoring and provide trend data to management.
Track performance of team and individuals using quality monitoring data.
Coordinate contact center calibration sessions.
Prepare and analyze internal and external quality reports for management review.
Provide actionable data to internal support groups as needed.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of automated application systems preferred.
Bi‑lingual preferred.
Two years of customer contact center experience with at least one year of dialer experience.
