Department Description
Daly 6A is a dedicated, growing team with an engaged Manager who commits to professional growth and patient experience.
Unit provides care for older adults; facilities include 39 beds, 16 semi‑private rooms, and 5 rooms for end‑of‑life care.
Opportunities to participate in nurse‑driven change projects, benefit from excellent nursing ratios, and receive optimal support staff.
Position Highlights
Magnet Recognition & Shared Governance – Baystate Medical Center holds Magnet® recognition from the ANCC, ensuring collaborative decision‑making on resources, research, new equipment, and staffing.

Schedule
Full‑time Days – 12‑hour shifts 7 AM – 7 PM
Every other weekend, rotating holidays
Location: Baystate Medical Center, Springfield, MA
Qualifications
Successfully passed the Board of Registration in Nursing Examination (NCLEX‑PN) and licensed as an LPN in Massachusetts.
Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
Education GED or HiSET (Required)
