Responsibilities
Clinical Services Therapist – Outpatient Services at The Brook – KMI, a 98‑bed hospital offering a full continuum of inpatient, extended care, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient services for adolescents, adults and seniors.
Obtain psycho‑social assessments of assigned cases.
Conduct family and group therapy sessions.
Complete documentation in accordance with hospital policy and procedure.
Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
Assist in developing and maintaining community resource information.
Perform marketing functions as assigned.
Maintain program environment in compliance with safety and security policies.
Apply sound clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care.
Participate in continuing education activities.

Qualifications
Education:
Master’s degree from an accredited school in the behavioral sciences.
Licensure/Certification:
Must be licensed or under supervision in the state of Kentucky (CSW/LCSW CADC/LCADC, MFTA, LMFT, LPCA, LPCC, LPA, LPP).
Experience:
Preferred one to three years of experience.
