What We Are Looking For We are seeking a Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide evaluation, treatment, and consultation services to children in a clinic‑based setting. The SLP will work with children with communication disorders affecting speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

What You Will Do

Assessment & Evaluation

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to determine needs.

Interpret evaluation results and develop individualized treatment plans.

Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide input on student goals.

Therapy & Intervention

Provide direct and indirect speech‑language therapy services.

Implement evidence‑based treatment strategies to improve communication skills.

Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.

Collaboration & Consultation

Collaborate with families and other persons supporting the child’s development and skill growth.

Provide training and strategies for educators to facilitate classroom communication.

Communicate with caregivers about progress and recommendations for home support.

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including evaluation reports, therapy notes, and IEP updates.

Ensure compliance with IDEA (Individuals with Disabilities Education Act) and state/federal regulations.

What You Will Bring

Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Current Tennessee licensure as an SLP.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Experience in school‑based settings or pediatric populations preferred.

Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management skills.
