Job Title Welder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team, specializing in TIG/MIG welding on materials such as carbon steel, mild steel, and aluminum. While strong TIG welding skills are preferred, MIG welding techniques can be taught to those who are eager and confident to learn. Our diverse job shop takes on a wide range of projects, commonly constructing frames for industries including military and defense, sports complexes, steel industry, construction, and oil and gas.

Responsibilities

Perform TIG and MIG welding on various materials including carbon steel, mild steel, and aluminum.

Construct frames and other components for diverse industries such as military and defense, sports complexes, and oil and gas.

Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding processes.

Adapt to a variety of tasks and projects in a dynamic job shop environment.

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience in TIG welding.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in MIG welding is advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type & Location Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. This is a fully onsite position.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 – $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
