What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Partner with Business Unit leaders to identify workflows and opportunities for AI agents and automation
Configure and implement AI agents and automate business processes using Glean and Workato
Improve knowledge quality and data accessibility in collaboration with system owners
Ensure compliance with governance, security, and company policies for AI solutions
Define and track KPIs to analyze performance and recommend enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, operations analysis, IT systems analysis, or automation delivery
Demonstrated experience delivering workflow automations and/or integrations
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of APIs, SaaS systems, and integration concepts
Practical understanding of LLM/AI concepts and their application to business workflows
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Workato and Glean
Familiarity with enterprise SaaS systems commonly used in business operations
Experience with change management and training for new tools/processes
Exposure to security and compliance practices for automation
