What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Engage merchants through high-volume outbound calls to drive early payments adoption
Educate and guide customers on features of the payments platform to facilitate online payments
Conduct concise activation conversations to enable merchants to process payments immediately
Follow up proactively with merchants to ensure timely payment processing
Walk new users through their first live transaction from initiation to deposit confirmation
What is Required (Qualifications)
1 – 2 years of experience in business-to-business Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and telephone sales skills
Ability to multitask and execute tasks with precision
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous payment processing or API-related experience
Ability to influence behavior and apply a consultative approach to customer service
Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing outreach
