Edge Realty Advisors is a rapidly expanding commercial brokerage working with real estate operators across the New York metro area. We are hiring for two full-time, commission-based roles: a Commercial Leasing Associate and an Investment Sales Associate. Both are
hunter roles
focused on outbound deal sourcing—not desk jobs. Day-to-day responsibilities include cold outreach to owners, tenants, and brokers; canvassing records and databases; preparing marketing materials; underwriting off-market opportunities; supporting due diligence; maintaining CRM pipelines; and continuously monitoring market activity, comps, zoning, and deal trends. Qualified candidates must have
1–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate
(leasing, investment sales, or acquisitions). Ideal applicants are strong communicators with sales instincts, excellent organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Additional expectations include: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field Experience with lease administration and/or underwriting fundamentals Ability to generate and manage leads independently Familiarity with NYC commercial real estate is a plus Must hold or be willing to pursue a NYS Real Estate Salesperson license Consistent onsite presence required.
